tan-nāma-rūpa-caritādi-sukīrtanānu-
smṛtyoḥ krameṇa rasanā-manasī niyojya
tiṣṭhan vraje tad-anurāgi-janānugāmī
kālaṁ nayed akhilam ity upadeśa-sāram

The essence of all instructions is to live in Vraja as a follower of the eternal residents of Vrindavan, whose heart is fully immersed in deep love for Śrī Kṛṣṇa, and under their guidance, utilise all one's time by sequentially engaging the tongue and the mind in conscientious chanting and remembrance of Kṛṣṇa’s names, form, qualities and pastimes.
