Hello I am Nancy. In 2013 my grand daughter was born with a dair allergy so we changed the way we cooked and still enjoyed our favorite foods. In 2017 I was bit by a tick and now have an intolerance to any animal that has four legs. Yes that sounds weird but no beef, pork, lamb, deer etc., so with the options that I have with chicken, turkey and sea food, I wanted to help people to be able to still enjoy their favorite dishes in many other ways. From breakast, lunches, dinners and desserts I will show yall how to have a delcious meal anytime. Food allergies are something that is growing more everday and learning to adapt is something we have done and I am looking forward to sharing how to cook and bake in a new way.
