Elite Mentoring Program (EMP) is a Christian centered NGO that seeks to offer diverse opportunities to the vulnerable and less privileged African youth; however, our focus is currently on the Ghanaian Youth. Ghana’s youth between the ages of 15-24, which is our prime target group, constitute nearly 19 percent of the nation’s population. (i.e. 5,861,716.41 of 30,854,795) based on the Worldometer elaboration of the latest United Nations data. The challenge is how many of these 5,861,716.41 youth are under the tutelage of the right Mentors that can make them realize God’s divine purpose for their lives? EMP aims at mentoring these young ones into developing a positive mindset, identify and grow in their skill set and talents. It is often said that the youth are the future leaders of every nation but a nation that does not invest in its youth has no future.
