Description

Annex 3 (pronounced Annex Three) is RETROcirq’s strange cousin — built like a forgotten public-access channel that someone left running after midnight.

Here, YTPs (YouTube Poops) collide with retro commercials, found footage, and oddball commentary from characters who feel like they stepped out of a VHS tape. Expect mimes, opera singers, and other hosts who drop in unannounced — the kind of lineup you’d stumble across flipping channels at 11:37pm on a community station.

It’s not slick. It’s not corporate. It’s not even trying to be. That’s the point.
Annex 3 is lo-fi, absurdist, and deliberately rough around the edges — a throwback to the kind of TV where anything might air, and half the fun is not knowing what comes next.

Uploads? Unscheduled — like public access always was. (Wednesdays at 10pm)
Tone? Chaotic, surreal, late-night weird.
Mission? To keep nostalgia alive by breaking it, bending it, and remixing it until it feels new again.
