Description

Some people might describe hip-hop as dead as though pop had taken over the genre. I would too, only I would say that it has been resurrected the same way micheal myers was in the Halloween sequels or any villain in your favorite horror movie. Its a zombie walking the streets confused and angry about he's existence. Maybe he walks through the old home he grew up in and regrets everything he took for granite. Maybe he gazes towards a daydream future that he feels will never exist. Filled with anghst and hate he looks to escape this hellish realm in which he is incarcerated. Thirsty for something he has never drank craving something he has never indulged. This is not a work of far fetched fiction its a deep metaphor that grows darker like a labrynth that twists and turns away from the sun. This is where 6th Syllable was born.
