Description

Kani/Furuhonya, secondary character in the Chiikawa manga series. She is street vendor who runs a used bookstore. Originally appeared as a Mob character, Kani revealed her appearance when she befriended Momonga. The name "かに" (Kani) means "crab" in Japanese.

Kani has a kind personality, and she is especially nice to Momonga. Kani is often seen defending and de-escalating Momonga when conflicts arise.
Kani enjoys reading books when she is not running her bookstore.

Kani has a light pink body and pink forehead with crab-like pincers. The crab-like pincers are actually part of a headband as she originally has rounded ears as a Mob character. She appears to have two rows of eyebrows, and she has sharp teeth.
