In 2017, I hit rock bottom. I knew it the moment I dramatically stormed out of my first ever yoga class. But sooner that moment sparked a wild obsession that led me to Rishikesh (yoga’s 'Disneyland) where I earned certifications in Ashtanga & Hatha, followed by advanced study in Bangalore, thanks to a prestigious scholarship while juggling a career in public policy. Conventional? Hardly. Boring? Never. I'm a seeker. What began as a yoga channel during the pandemic has since evolved into a vibrant tribe of seekers, learners & unapologetic dreamers. With 500+ certified hours, a silver medal from the International Yoga Olympics (yeah, that's a thing), and a heart full of lived lessons, this space thrives on collaboration, studentship & real connection.
