2023年、東京にて結成。 井上大悟(Vo./Gt.)、しょにー(Gt.)、小島祥平(Dr.)、小宮紹滉(Ba.)の4人組バンド。
日本語で「潮の満ち引き 」を意味するバンド名TiDEは「音楽の起源は海にあり、その海を駆動する潮汐にある」という考えから命名。 FunkやSoulなどの音楽性を軸に、メンバーの多様な音楽の背景を融合させながら、特定のジャンルに囚われないJ-Popを展開している。
2025年12月3日 New Digital EP『胎動』リリース。

TiDE, Formed in Tokyo in 2023, TiDE is a four-member band consisting of Daigo Inoue (Vocals/Guitar), Shony (Guitar), Sho Koamiya (Bass), and Shohei Kojima (Drums).
The band name TiDE, which means "tide" in Japanese, is based on the philosophy that "the origin of music lies in the sea, and the tides that drive the sea." The band blends funk, soul, and other musical influences, creating a fluid J-pop sound that transcends specific genres by integrating the members' diverse musical backgrounds.
