HARLOE has always charted her own path. Born and raised in New York to a Ukrainian and Romanian family, her diverse cultural roots shaped a unique sound blending classical, jazz, hip-hop, and pop. As a songwriter and producer, she’s written and produced for icons like P!NK, Céline Dion, Kelly Clarkson, Britney Spears, Charli XCX, and Zayn. She earned Grammy nominations for Ella Mai’s self-titled album and Kelly Clarkson’s Meaning of Life.

As a solo artist, HARLOE co-wrote and performed on the European hit “All This Love” by DJ Robin Schulz and released her debut EP Rivers Run Dry on Roc Nation, co-produced with Fred Ball. She also created global hits like “POP/STARS” and “GIANTS” for RIOT Games and composes music for brands including Coach and Skechers.
