I am a speedcuber from Wisconsin who specializes in the 3x3 Blindfolded event (17.04 WR31 single, 19.31 WR21 mean).
Currently in Japan doing a PhD in Physics, and am not really trying to improve at any events anymore. I still plan on competing and trying to improve my 3BLD PRs because they are easily improvable for my at-home skill level, but I'm not too interested in trying hard to climb the ranks.
