Above Latest Activity you will see, "by Gokousama." Next to Gokousama, you will see a drop box arrow, a little black triangle thing, click that, and then click Send Message. That is how you send a personal message, aka a PM. To find your Inbox, where your personal messages are and other things, go to the top right corner, where you will see your name, click it and click on Inbox.

To post a channel comment, go to the left side and click on Feed, then click on Comments, and then post one.
