I am learning to love life after being sick for too long. Includes too many pets and a crazy southern husband that I drug back to Colorado for high altitude adventures and after many years of trying we now have a kiddo!

Welcome to my life as I figure out what do now that I have been given it back.

Fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, interstitial cystitis & more used to dominate my life. After adopting a more paleo lifestyle, learning how to handle stress better and moving more I have turned a corner.

Each day I learn how to enjoy life with this second chance Eating mostly paleo, raising a toddler, recipes, my raw bengal cats, personal growth challenges, exploring the world, ethical hunting, and much more.
