I decided to create this channel as a resource for expecting parents but also for young women like me who don't have kids yet and want to learn more about pregnancy, birth, and motherhood.

My name is Sophia and I am a DONA Certified Birth Doula and Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator (LCCE) located in the Inland Northwest. I offer in-person childbirth education classes in the Spokane, WA/Coeur d'Alene, ID areas as well as virtual services including birth planning sessions and 1:1 consultations.
