To touch on the infamous IRON VS EBONY mine quest, it absolutely was supposed to be an ebony mine. The whole point of the quest is that the villagers don't realize it's an ebony mine. They think it's iron and that's why "all information says it's an iron mine". It's incredibly clear that Arthmoor and the others involved in the change lacked a basic understanding on the quest itself. The conclusion to the quest is all about the village realizing they're sitting on a money maker. THAT'S WHY THE QUEST REWARD IS AN EBONY DAGGER. BECAUSE THEY FORGED IT OUT OF THE "STRANGE ORE" THEY FOUND IN THE MINE.

Part of Arthmoor's Live another life mod made it so that you could not get back into the starting helgen dungeon through the cave entrance due to the placement of a large rock in the way. You also couldn't go through the entire dungeon again because vanilla made it so that there is a cave collapse right at that little drawbridge.

It will forever baffle me that they didn’t just make two versions of the mod: a base version for game-breaking bugs, and an expanded version for broader non-critical fixes.
