WA and Perth is an isolated part of Australia, as a result we have our own special drivers here. I'm all for sharing the stupid behaviors drivers have out on the roads, in fact its fantastic education for young drivers as you'll see the sort of unpredictable behavior some drivers have on the roads. And remember just keep your cool out there, no need to lose your shit just because someone cut you off.
