Emmy nominated composer Jay Vincent has been creating unique music for feature films, television, and game properties for over a decade. His beloved score for "Ninjago" was also nominated for the 2020 Daytime Emmy Award, the 2015 Annie Award, and has been added to the legacy of film music released by Varese Sarabande Records. He is also part of the Fast & Furious universe, having composed music for its first animated series, "Fast & Furious: Spy Racers." Like many of the industry's top composers, Jay received his graduate degree in film scoring from USC, where he previously earned degrees in Composition and Cinema-Television. His formal studies of cinema technique and history provide him unique insight into the possibilities of how music can interact with the film medium. As a listener, his study of sound, story, and history has made many daunting projects possible. As a collaborator, his relationships with filmmakers have accompanied breakthroughs in careers and lasting works of art.
