I really like how Archie gave both Mighty and Ray modern redesigns. I'm not a big fan of how Sega pretty much banishes certain characters to the Classic era to never be seen again in a Modern era game, so being able to have a conceptual version what these characters could have looked like if they were put in a Sonic game around the 2000s is really cool.

Man, you have no idea how psyched I was to see the Chaotix in Sonic Heroes back in the day. I grew up with the comics, and I was always sad that most of those characters didn't get any representation in the games (except, of course, for Knuckles Chaotix). Having them come back with slick new designs as a playable team on their own was probably the main reason I actually love Sonic Heroes.

I think the easiest way that Pre-Reboot Archie could’ve dealt with Charmy is just by simply saying that this new Charmy that’s based on Sonic Heroes, is actually Charmy’s SON. Basically Charmy Jr. or Charmy II. And him being a kid makes perfect sense. The real Charmy is busy being a married ruler who’s too busy to join the chaotix adventures, but he doesn’t want the same burden to fall upon his son, so he sends him to vector and tells him to give this boy the chance to live free as can be and fulfill what I abandoned.

Why Archie Lowart is the BEST Lowart: he will spontaneously break into a rap about an anthropomorphic crocodile.

Baron feeling bad for Mighty despite being on opposite sides is heart warming in a way. It shows that these Egg Bosses are still human. Well, not literally but you get what I mean.
