My name is Noa, and I create art through video and music.

I am a professional video editor specializing in calisthenics, as well as a calisthenics athlete who has trained on and off since 2007.

I am also a musician specializing in rap production, and many of my videos feature my own music. This channel, however, is dedicated to calisthenics. Its purpose is to entertain, inspire, and motivate people to work out.

I created and popularized the concepts “Scaring People in the Gym With Calisthenics” and “Girls Reacting to Calisthenics,” which helped popularize the “Calisthenics in Public” format. I am also developing and popularizing the concept “Movies Get Calisthenicked.”
