Hi, I’m James. I’m 43, based in the UK, though I’m often told I look (and dress) younger than my age!

The channel follows my personal journey through life, faith, and mental health. My faith in God and Jesus Christ is at the center of everything I do, and I share biblical reflections, scripture-based messages, and honest conversations about what that journey looks like.

I also speak openly about mental health, including my own experiences with schizophrenia and past episodes of psychosis, with the aim of raising awareness and encouraging others who may be going through similar struggles.

Alongside this, I share content on things I enjoy, including film reviews, mixed martial arts (UFC and boxing), and general tech interests. This channel is built on honesty, gratitude, and growth - “say less, pray more” and trust God with the rest and Purpose over pleasure!!
