A group of butterflies is called a kaleidoscope. Like broken pieces of glass, we are #bettertogether I use the butterfly as my logo to symbolize transformation.
After being overweight and severely ill most of my life, I made a decision to change my life. In July of 2024, I had Vertical Gastric Sleeve (VSG) weight loss surgery, from 315 to currently 204. Lifestyle changes have greatly improved my health and lead me to working on healing my childhood trauma. My focus is now on sharing what has helped me to inspire others to change their lives one small step at a time.
