🦓 I was born with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hEDS) and I use my #buildaladder mindset to cope with daily chronic pain.
🇰🇷 🇨🇦 🇯🇵 I was born in Canada, but from my 20s-40s I lived in South Korea, and then Japan. My daily cooking is heavily influenced by my life in Asia, and I love to share what I learned via my cooking videos.
