KNIXX, the musical alias of Jazz Santa Cruz, is a project that explores a range of genres. From the dreamy, neon-lit world of synthwave to the hazy textures of LoFi hip-hop, and more recently, the melancholic yearning of dream pop blended with the reverbed sounds of surf rock. KNIXX is a solo project by Jazz, as he explores multiple different types of music, while focusing on the intimate, DIY aesthetic of a bedroom production.
