Hi, my name is Kyra. I am 30 something year old woman living in the Netherlands. I started a YouTube channel in 2015 and found my love for art, creating and sharing. I have a passion for visual story telling and I got a degree in Graphic Design. Now, my life hasn’t always been about sunshine and rainbows. I have ADHD, ASD characteristics and PTSD. Growing up in a toxic environment has left it’s scars but being creative and sharing my story has helped me a lot. I combine mental health with art and journaling and share my tips and tricks I have learned over the years. I am very passionate about breaking the taboo around mental health.

So enough hard talk, I also create for fun and to inspire others. I love to send snail mail to my subscribers and discover new ways of being creative. I love documenting my life in several memory keeping ways and journaling is always a big part in my life. My goal is to inspire you and kickstart your creativity!
