Description

The PLW is a private competitive semi-fast pitch format with official unmodified WIFFLE® balls and original yellow tape bat played exclusively at the private Ranch Island Field in Las Vegas.

While there is no pitching speed limit, a ball hitting the strike zone must be 55mph or less to be a called strike judged by radar. There is no base running and infielders have 5 seconds on bat contact to make a play on a ground ball and hit the backstop.

League play is year round split into TWO 54 game seasons playing every night Monday-Friday at 6pm PST. At the end of each season, the bottom 2 teams must play in the contenders tournament with new challengers to defend and keep their spot in the league each season.

The PLW is focused on backyard fun with friends living out our childhood dreams.
