When I first started figure skating at age 12, I was told that I had started too late/was too tall to land doubles. Now I have landed my Axel and double Salchow, come close to landing a double toe and double loop. Don't be discouraged by peoples low expectations - prove them wrong! Exceed expectations and be happy :)
