That's insane. I've never heard of anything so ridiculous. How can keeping a Cockerell and some guinea fowl be considered noise pollution? I live in a rural area in Kent and often hear screech owls during the night and crows cawing at first light, but it doesn't irritate me as it's a part of country life.
