For over 15 years, Success Written in Lipstick has been supporting the development of women and enhancing their visibility in business. We work towards diversity and inclusion by educating, creating social campaigns, and raising awareness of important issues. It is the oldest and largest organization of its kind in Poland. The Foundation's flagship projects include the Nationwide Businesswoman of the Year competition, the Champions of Change Club, and Success is Me - a program that annually trains over 200,000 women.
