I suffer with major depression, OCD/Intrusive thoughts, s_icidal thoughts, anxiety/social anxiety/health anxiety and PTSD.
Maybe a little drinking problem? Still don't know about that.
All stemming from a traumatic childhood, s_xual abuse, narcissistic abuse, toxic relationships including an abusive relationship (physical/mental/emotional) and other significant events that has caused me to lose myself and keep my walls up.
I'm hoping to connect with those who understand as well as getting to know you too!
I also hope that my channel can help me to get out more, try new things, become comfortable with who I am and help my social anxiety.
I often go MIA due to depression, but I do come back. I love to read your comments and get back to everyone!
