I'm Mac, and I host the The FROM TRAUMA TO JOY podcast. I have a few things I'd like you to understand:
The FROM TRAUMA TO JOY podcast is about learning to live a great life after a traumatic experiences darken your doorstep... and you can do that... I promise you.
The wisdom you'll develop creates strength in the Valley of the Shadow of Death, the place that trauma shoves you when it enters your life.
That wisdom will show you a path to transform your life; where joy is a regular emotion, even after multiple traumatic experiences impact your life!
I have me so many people who have walked this path, and I want you to know this, if they can do this, so can you.
I have two great colleagues who will join me in most of these episodes: Tim Lynch and Wade Cates. None of us are mental health professionals... all of us are leaders who have spend much of our lives in, or dealing with, issues related to trauma and the Valley of the Shadow of Death, if it doesn't work, we don't do it.
