In 2006 I started a new life in France - I started talking about life in France vs the UK but within the first year I discovered Naked Yoga in France – which led me to my unexpected journey Into Naked Yoga.

It all started with a video all about nudity in France vs the UK and it was during the research that I found in Paris you could actually take part in a naked yoga class.

So within this channel, a new playlist has been developed named ' Yoga - Health and Fitness ' where I discuss the popularity of naked yoga around the world and the history and origins of naked yoga. Naked yoga was first recorded in 400 BC - today naked yoga classes can be found in 11 different countries, I explore why it has become so popular and what are the health benefits of doing a naked yoga class.

Within the naked yoga videos, I also answer the big question - Why do naked yoga? There are 3 reasons why people do naked yoga.

I have come across many yoga girls around the world who enjoy doing naked yoga.
