This channel started as a place to share my passion for hunting. Then life changed.
After dealing with Lyme disease and several difficult years away from YouTube, I began looking much harder at my health, the food I eat, and the way I want to live. Along the way, I discovered that a carnivore-based diet helps me manage some of the symptoms I’ve dealt with—and it completely changed the way I look at hunting.
Hunting is no longer just about the hunt.
It’s about food.
On this channel, I’m exploring what happens when hunting, wild game, carnivore eating, and the outdoors become part of the same lifestyle.
Expect deer hunting, wild-game cooking, carnivore experiments, fishing, outdoor adventures, and challenges to see just how much of my food I can provide myself.
I’m not a doctor, and I’m not here to tell you how to eat or live. I’m simply documenting my own experience—the successes, the failures, and everything I learn along the way.
