Description

Driven by a passion for food, I continue to map out flavor routes on my YouTube channel Ayaküstü Lezzetler. I’m Onur Ziya Demir (@onurziyademir), and I invite you to explore street by street with me.

We visit every kind of flavor stop — from generous local eateries that reflect life in your own neighborhood, to small tucked-away food stalls, from börek shops to kebab places, from open-fire grills to bakeries, from tea gardens to fishmongers. At the same time, we share information about the regions, cities, and neighborhoods we visit, creating a guide for culinary experiences.

We avoid collaborations with restaurants, genuinely enjoy the food, and give the venues their due respect. We don’t hesitate to eat plate after plate, following the principle: “Better to stay in my stomach than just in my mind.” And we never forget to have fun while chatting about the food!
