I may be known as "Caterpillar729" here on YouTube, but you can call me Doug. I film heavy equipment in action doing various projects of all different kinds. I also occasionally give tours of certain equipment that feature detailed specifications on that piece of equipment; these are referred to as "walkarounds". Perhaps the most popular feature of my channel is the scale models I collect and what I do with them. I collect scale models of construction equipment in primarily 1:50th scale, but occasionally in other, close-to-1:50th scales.
