This is real good. I generally don't watch AMVs like this, but I can't help watching it again and again. I love the movements and facial expressions, all telling the story without without needing to say a single word. It actually makes me want to see more of the story, like why the witch cursed Thancred in the first place to punish him in that way, or why Almeric has such an interest in her. Or what will happen now that Almeric was possessed/given himself over to her, or what Thancred's mental state would be after having to kill him.

I've never felt so compelled to watch Re:Zero before. Seeing your take using FFXIV has opened my eyes to it! Simply stunning editing and storytelling! I could feel Thancred's sorrow.

Now that I've watched this about a dozen or few dozen times, I can finally comment. OMG this was SO WORTH THE WAIT BESTIE!!! Your story telling is just incredible. Every clip is so clear, and the story so easy to follow, even for someone like me who has never seen Re:Zero. The ending especially, like from the possession onward is SO GRIPPING, I cannot look away. And that moment!! you know which one!! AHHHHH

Holy.... i am so happy this showed up on my feed. I have no idea what this AU is about, nor who the characters are, but I'm in LOVE and I will do whatever I can to learn more about your story. I also love the cinematography and music you used. It's been a dream of mine to be able to do something like this and animate it to demonstrate the story of my WOL, I'd love if you could point me to some resources to try and do this myself too!
