I'm embarrassed that I even know this much James Rolfe lore, but James and Mike came up with Shit Pickle at a Wendy's. They were trying to come up with new characters for Wizard of Oz 3: Dorothy Goes to Hell, and Mike saw a pickle on the tray and said, "Uhhhhh Shit... Pickle?"

There was one episode of AVGN I easily recall that was 24FPS, that was the Tiger LCD games episode.
