Description
I created this channel for the hogs of war videos I made/will make.
You can download the game by searching for "hogs of war pal" on filestube.com. (The ntsc version didn't work well for me)
Results with "by Alan3107" or "HOW - PAL-E" should work fine. The game is at least around 250 MB. (or more if there are added stuff)
You'll need a patch file for saving to work. You can get it from consolecopyworld ( http://www.consolecopyworld.com/cgi-bin/...)
You can patch the image with ppfomatic or just use the emulators autoload ppf option. (You'll need to rename the .ppf file to "SLES_010.41" for hogs of war pal/english version and put it in the patches folder). You'll know that the patch is loaded if the ntsc pal selector appears instead of the loading text.
Memory Card file with saves for all Mardy Pigs missions: http://www.box.net/shared/tegcear3rj
( You can use this with epsxe)
Guide for setting up epsxe: http://forums.ngemu.com/generic-epsxe-qu...(Most important is the gpu plugin. I used pete's opengl2. You'll need to set framebuffer effects to 3 so that everything appears. With hogs the save/load screen was unusable without turning this on. Other plugins worked right out of the box)
Or you could try pSX emulator. ( http://psxemulator.gazaxian.com/) Its simpler, no plugins, but doesn't look near as good.
