Inspiring anxious people to get out and travel! Years ago, my anxiety prevented me from traveling, but I finally pushed aside my fear to pursue what I love. At this stage of life, I've seen more of the world than I thought I ever would. The idea behind LWF stemmed from travel, but the practice of choosing love over fear has seeped into all areas of my life. I'm here to share my experiences, to help and inspire others, and to be a leader in the new dialogue surrounding mental health.
