Hi, my name is Joy, and I am a bilingual speech language pathologist. I created this youtube channel to address the growing demand for Korean-English learning content. As a Korean mom of two boys living in the U.S, I want my kids to not only speak Korean fluently but also understand and take pride in their Korean heritage. My videos incorpoorate effective language strategies to support bilingual language development. I also intentionally created videos with less stimulating effects for active engagement and interaction rather than passive learning. I hope many children enjoy learning Korean and English through my content.

안녕하세요, 저는 현재 미국에서 이중언어치료사로 일 하고 있는 조이쌤 이에요. 미국에서 두 아들을 키우는 한국인 엄마로서, 제 아이들이 한국어에 유창할 뿐만 아니라 한국문화를 잘 이해하고, 한국계 미국인으로서의 정체성을 자랑스럽게 여길 수 있기를 바라는 마음으로 이 채널을 시작하게 되었어요. 제 영상은 이중언어 발달에 도움이되는 다양한 언어치료 방법들이 포함되어 있어요. 아이들이 적극적으로 배울 수 있도록 자극적이 시각효과는 최소화 했습니다. 많은 아이들이 제 콘텐츠를 통해 즐겁게 한국어를 배울 수 있기를 바라요.
