Hi, I'm Jalen Jude Galvan. I am currently 23 years old, served in the Army active duty for 2 and a half years in South Korea. I also served 2 years on the Border of Texas (OLS) for the Texas National Guard as well. I have as well played one semester of College Division 3 Football and am currently a full time student.

In this channel I try my best to provide military information from my experience, workout videos and shorts, as well as promoting self-development and self-improvement for EVERYONE.
