With thrashy yet groovy riffs, brutal screams, and blistering drums, Guttural is a metal band from the Southside of Chicago, IL featuring Jason Garza on vocals, Jake Lopez on guitar, Dennis Candella on drums, and Xavier Salgado on bass. Initially forming in 2024, the band has come a long way with their debut EP "Lockjaw" having just released on July 3rd 2025. Their passion for heavy music and music in general is unmatched by everything except for their desire to rise to the top and prove to the metal scene just why they are here.
