Unscripted discussions and bursts of laughter between friends Gary, Jereme, and Jen. We come from varying faith backgrounds and spend most of our time discussing healing from spiritually abusive situations and toxic faith, rearing kids and life as Christians in general.
Jereme and Jen came out of the United Pentecostal Church International. Jen is the author of "Free, From Legalism to Faith: Breaking Out of the United Pentecostal Church, as well as "Finding My Freedom Doing My Life" blog.
