Since 2022 I love Triathlon especially Ironman and my favorite Ironman and Sportidol is Jan Frodeno, 3 x Ironman Hawaii World Champion and Olympic Gold 🥇 Medal Winner. I visited Ironman World Championships in Nizza and Marbella and Ironmans in Hamburg Ibiza Roth etc and I am fascinated from this Sport. I started 2022 after a Break of 30 Years with Running 🏃‍♂️ again and now with 69 Years I finished in the last 3 Years 24 Halfmarathons all over the World 🌎 4x London Miami Las Vegas Dubai Mallorca Tromso/Arktis Maranello/Ferrari etc.and had a lot of Fun 🤩.
