In 2024, I traded the American grind for a slower life in Albania. Exhausted from working three jobs just to keep up with bills and healthcare, I packed up my life and moved to Albania with my teenage son. This channel is a look at our "unfiltered" life abroad—from the reality of working remotely and budgeting for groceries to the breathtaking hikes and drives through the Land of the Eagles. Whether you’re curious about the actual cost of living in the Balkans or just want to see what it’s like to start over in a completely different culture, I’m glad you’re here for the journey.
