Description
My name is Brian Shotliff I started doing firewood during covid shutdowns and really enjoy it. I think everyone should be a bit more self reliant and providing my own heat with firewood is one way I do that. Selling a little bit of firewood is just a bonus.

I also grew up on a farm and learned from a young age the value of hard work and not being on a farm now i hope to use firewood as a way to teach my boys that same lesson.

thanks for watching.

Tree shear for log splitter? Genius! Bracken is a top notch fella over there. Christmas music was a nice touch

Hey Brian, nice shout out for Bracken and Buddy they have a great channel and I am excited for you to get to try that saw. It is tough to go back to a stock saw after running a ported saw

Those big ones are nice. Lots of wood in them. You just have to work for it. Having that shear is so nice. I get a kick out of your dog.. Good stuff Brian

I was guessing about a full cord. Lotta splits come from those big rounds! You did make quick work out of that! Good stuff BrianšŸ»

That’s a bunch of splits out of that one log! Dang sure impressive how much more it looks like in the dump trailer than before you split!

As a 36" log 12' i believe it would scale around 1,280bf
CraigsCordsToCoals (21 hours ago)
Quite a bit of splits out of that! Did some of it seem almost dry already or was it fairly wet?
billsaflarski824 (22 hours ago)
.98 full cords in that log
