Animating: Adobe Animate 2024 (Subscription)

Drawing: Adobe Fresco (Free)

Editing Audio & Video : CapCut

Hardware : HP Laptop, KoorUI Monitor, AcerASPIRE5250-0639 (As a 3rd monitor lol), LogitechG502HERO, AltecLansingM180RGB, and my brothers random old mic

Editing: CapCut, Filmora, or DaVinci Resolve are pretty good

Animation: Wick Editor (Very easy and powerful for free)

Drawing: Adobe Fresco (Free w/ account)

Hardware : Any Keyboard (preferably with an F-key row) or mouse works for animating but if you plan on making long animations a cheap budget computer may crash and loose progress which sucks

Mic: You can just use a phone as a microphone by recording on the phone and sending it to your computer

Drawing tablet: I know people like the InspiroyH420X ; does everything you need.
