Welcome to our Canadian homestead!

We live on a small 1.8 acre homestead. We live in a zone 4 area and garden with short season varieties. We started our gardens from scratch and have been raising our chickens since 2018. We are passionate about helping others reach homesteading and country life goals. With joys and disappointments, with hardships and tight budgets, we hope to help others looking to live a similar lifestyle and provide practical knowledge drawn from our own experience, in our backyard.
