OWA – Fashion Empire (often shortened to OWA, formerly known as JoshuaComelioSims from 2013–2015) is a virtual independent multimedia studio founded in 2013 by Filipino trans woman multimedia artist Joshua Comelio, with content created using The Sims 3. Originally launched as a YouTube channel for the modeling competition Sims’ Next Top Model, OWA has since evolved into a multi-division creative platform.

The studio’s flagship program, Sims' Next Top Model, serves as its foundation. Over time, OWA expanded with the introduction of O-Magazine and O-Models, extending beyond the competition series into publishing and model management.
