I will sometimes upload unknown music that I find (new additions may be sporadic, as I have no upload schedule). Mostly from my CD collection (unless said otherwise, whether it be rips from friends or cool stuff I find) from a variety of genres to give bands the credit they deserve that would have otherwise have been forgotten. These are generally CDs I find online through blind bag purchases or what I find in thrift stores. Mostly I will be uploading rock and metal with their various substyles. No one song uploads or trading or any of that nonsense, only full albums for all to hear. Anyone who gatekeeps music is not a real fan. For all the well-known bands, their music will always be archived and ready for us to go back and revisit in 20-40 years, but what about these other bands who worked hard on their music and never made it and disappeared? I would like to ensure these bands that did not get the credit they deserved still get exposure and that their music never gets lost.
