Hi there! I'm Ayen. I'm a Registered Nurse by profession. I will be posting videos of my everyday life.

It's been a few years since I have decided to live a more meaningful and balanced life through mindfulness, slowing things down, and being present at the moment. In this channel, you will see videos of my slow and mindful lifestyle with my husband and my little mischievous cat, Gimo.

We live in a rural part of Northern California, but I grew up in a province in Philippines, where happiness comes primarily from simple things, experiencing playing in a ricefi eld and swimming in a stream. In some of my videos, I will talk about my life in a province as well. I hope you enjoy my videos!
