Historical context:
The Bumpmeister Scene thrived as most during the golden years of 2007-2008, largely thanks to Teryo Law & Kerio Law, but also creators like Icemg1k, Monkfish, 1upmiles, RR420 and Daneesh. There were many more but these were the defining creators. Eventually the universe merged somewhat with the e-fed SMF (Story Mode Federation) thanks to Teryo Law.
These people did impossible things with WWE games, using video editing and hacks they created moves and features before they were even added into the WWE games. It's highly possible we have the Bumpmeisters to thank for the gaming features that have expanded in the WWE universe today, such as Create-A-Move, using Fire during matches and many other things.
